Feeking cops

mate of mine got knocked off his motorbike the other nite by two asians in a rental cage.they couldn't speak a word of english
he was doing 30kms a hour at the time
yet the cops are still going to give him a ticket for $150 for not driving to the conditions
wat a crock eh?have ya
so like the tv ad says drive to the conditions or the asians will reduce your speed for u

sounds like we are only getting one side of the story here. You say he was knocked off yet he gets a ticket for not riding to the conditions. Whose fault was the accident??

bloody asians were pulling out with out indicators
they stopped half way out in to the road.he slowed and started to go around them
then they just carried on and forced him to lay bike over to avoid t boning them
dry road and not in rush hour traffic
the rental company said they were a bit worried bout these two women as to if there car would be damaged or not
they had only had possession of the car for half hour

the cops have charged the asians with dangerous driving yet hes gettin pinged too .the asians admitted fault to a interpreter.
the cops that was at the scene said his sargent has told him to ticket my mate

so they had indicated, paused, he decided to go around them even though they had indicated their intention to turn, he lay his bike down ON PURPOSE? and it's their fault?

If it goes to court the test will probably be did your mate do what a "normal prudent motorist" would have done.
