I need to make an ACC claim

I've been traumatised by what ACC are doing to me. I can't cope anymore. The fee rise leaves me with the fear that continuing my hobby and not paying this extortion will see me before the courts. I've got huge mental suffering going on.

Can I make an ACC claim and under what section? I need to book in and see a psychologist. I want one that owns a bike though. None of this fake empathy.

Haha. You need to start with your GP, and get a referral.

Of course, if everyone does it then our ACC fees will go up next year ...

You could also apply to Winz for a sickness benefit beacause you are unable to work due to the stress.
