I was snoozing after a hard days work and Mrs C goes, 'Hey! Thats Mom on TV!!!. Im like.. why are they running a story on middle aged woman chasing young lads on the national news but it turned out to be something to do with oranges.

Great job too! Looking good on tv!

Maurice Williamson shall receive his piece of coal and maybe a calcified shite in person next week sometime...I love seeing the expression on people's faces when they open their christmas presents.

Good turn out people, well done to those who organised and contributed

A little too well behaved for my liking but the time for new tactics might not be too far off I feel

Nothing wrong with a toy boy love, but I am not sure how Maha will feel being called a young lad

I was a little concerned about the spin they would give it, but...

Those oranges made the difference I reckon

What a fabulous way to end this years campaign. A simple message delivered and confirmed on national TV. Happy Christmas, we are still angry, and we are not going away!

    Important

I really need to say this...

I had nothing to do with organising this ride today, there are many that made this happen. I had nothing to do with getting the TV news crew there either, I believe we can thank Ixion for that.

I turned up just like everyone else, I said a few words and was happy to front a camera is all I did.

No Bodir organised most everything, sorry I didn't take the step forward but I figured that in his absence You were our Best front person, turns out I was right for a change.
Ya did great Mom. Well deserved TV coverage for a change to, hope those boys gave someone their phone numbers!

    We know mate

Everyone today deserves a bit Fatt hug, everyone.....

You guys, Les, all the gang who did their bit with oranges, coal, plastic bags, flyers, getting the mob together all deserve the thanks as well though....

We have proved that we can make a change, but more changes need to happen

We proved today that we can get a formidable mob together and have a loud and effective protest....even when some people thought that we would lose support.

We WILL prove our effectivness as a group of angry but motivated people who will fight this fight until we get OUR result, not the result people want us to get.

The talk of more protest, more action and more events PROVES that we will NOT GO AWAY....

Today and tonight, each and every one of us needs to be proud of what we have done and what we WILL achieve, I have never experinced such a group of diverse yet unified people....you are all fecking LEGENDS

The work continues, the wheel keeps turning and we will be there, in for the long haul...

So Mom, yes we know there are many others involved, you just happened to be the one who got up front on the news, no mean feat in anyone's book.

Let's move on my lovelies, let's move on

(by the way, I have not been on the piss. I have a 25km training walk starting at 6.30 tomorrow morning so I'll save my 15 box of Steinies for tomorrow night....look out Mrs Max...)

    Cheers

116 at the Domain. Enough. If we can hold that support now, we can probably hold it long term, those still in the game at this stage will be keepers.

And I got the TV reporter's private cell number

And the message came over really well. Made the point, didn't come over as bitchy or whining, and a bit of humour. It's time to lose the angry biker, he done us well, but now we need to be determined biker. Anger always burns out, determination gets stronger with time.

And Dave Clendon got prime time TV exposure! That's really good for a junior MP, most of them would kill for that. We got to look after our allies, it's got to be two way.

I'm betting that Ms Lee is going to be asked to explain why her electorate office is such a dump! The hammering on the door bit came over really well, a powerful message. Gave just that hint of underlying power and threat.

That was my fav bit of all! I almost (note, I said almost) feel a bit sorry for that young woman.

Like I said, what a wonderful way to end our campaign for this year. Top news item, a bit of fluff with a BIG message.

Here is to a safe and relaxing holiday for everyone, though I know for a fact that the wheels are still turning and plans are afoot for a big start to the New Year. Hope them pollies that matter are actually thinking about things right now. Just how pissed off are these bikers and HOW MANY FRIENDS DO THEY HAVE?

Good day out for the biker team.

A card was left at Lynne Pillay's office in Glen Eden (shut ) with a note to say the orange will be delivered at a later date.I thought better not to squeeze the orange through the crack in the door.
Then we carried on through Waitakere township and up the back road to Jonkey's office in Kumeu (also shut) where coal (unlit) and an orange (rotten) was left in the mail box.

Excellent promotion for the cause, well done all of you involved. Les and Mom, bloody marvelous, Mom gorgeous and articulate, Les menacingly friendly

Brilliant guys, back to the homesteads and families now, we're gonna need you fine folk for the next assault. Happy Chrimbo guys, see you on the front line in 2010.
    Oh bugger
