Can you keep us posted how many places you have left? Then I can procrastinate for longer.

One question about the rules... one of the requirements is a full face helmet with no damage into the shell - how do you tell if your helmet has damage into the shell? Mine has a couple of scratches, and I've heard from some people that that's enough to warrant a new one, but well...![]()
bring it by my work and Ill have a look at it for ya![]()

Small scratches in the paint are fine. i've dropped my lid from waist height onto some gravel, and it has one small chip in the paint on top. That doesn't constitute a damaged / un track worthy helmet, don't worry. If you've had a major bin with your lid, you'll know - and that is what isn't safe to use on the track (or anywhere).
I think we're going a little overboard if you think of not passing someone for stone chips on lids...
SC -its a matter of interpretation. And what value you place on ya head.
a couple of paint chips are normal wear and tear.
a chip into the jell coat -the actual structure of the shell is a concern
My attitude is -if in doubt then replace it .
