    Black belt grading tomorrow!

So I'm slightly nervous at the moment. Should be good though. I just spent the last hour iron my Gi so that it has no train tracks down the arms or legs. The worst thing about it was I kept ironing in new creases and those are a bitch to get out!

Hopefully I'll still look semi respectable on Sunday and that this cold that is threatening to come on doesn't and my sore back is gonna go the distance. 5 years in training, I'm not putting off my grading now!

    Anyway wish me luck!

Good luck. I'm looking forward to the day my boy gets to black. It seems a long way off at the moment although he's trying very hard.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Kempo. I'll remember that whole quarter circle forward thing. A fireball could come in real handy.

I wouldn't waste time ironing my gi though... as long as it is clean.

I'll bet you that 5 minutes into the proceedings you won't be focusing on any of those concerns you mention.

Just don't do like these guys and you should be fine:
