Yes mate. I've had ones with the fan seized solid and the heat sink coked and 4cm of cigarette ash on the bottom of the case.

Believe it or not, yes. Wasn't actually the problem with the PC but I got jiggy with the airduster for 5 minutes anyhoo.
Then I spent a further 30 minutes cleaning up the workshop and my clothes. Lesson learnt. I'll be doing ones this skanky outside from now on.
