WTB: Cheap Rectifier Regulator Rec/Reg

I'm after a rec/reg unit, my grand total bring home income at the moment is less than the dole so I can't pay heaps.
Ideally, it will have 3 ac input wires, from a generator that would put out 60-100 volts AC normally.
Then one negative wire, one positive. Maybe also the Honda system with the extra + wire.
Minimum 1.5 inches of wire remaining so theres enough to put a connector on.
Anything cheap considered.
