A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Agreed. Violence is not always the best option, but it IS human nature unfortunately. Nothing wrong with tender moments, I quite like a few here and there.

    Tender steaks are great too.

    3 steps

    1. Trace it - find out the full extent of what is bothering you and where it is rooted. Often external circumstances are not the problem but merely reflect what is happening inside our own hearts.

    2. Face it - stare the unknown in the face, shine a light into the darkness, be open about what is really happening, don't be afraid to share with people you trust.

    3. Replace it - replace the dark with the light, replace lies with truth.

Works for me and has taken me a long way over the years.
What you have in your heart will be revealed through what you have in your life.

If things are going badly in our circumstances, the answer to what is happening to us outwardly is more often than not found in the mirror.
