    Domino's Creme Brulee

I had a Creme Brulee the other day at Galbraiths Ale House. It was the first one I've ever had and it was delightful. I must say though, I've always maintained that anything you need a gas torch to cook has to be good.

Anyway, what do I have in my letterbox, but an advert from Domino's Pizza for a Creme Brulee Puffle. Now I must say, it's not very Creme Brulee like (other than the fact they both contain custard). It looks like a lump of puff pizza crust with custard in the middle. I must say though, I'm wondering what it's like.

No! Good catch though. Just that the Domino's advert reminded me of the REAL Creme Brulee I had a The Almighty Ale Shrine That Is Galbraiths. :-)

The creme brulee's are awesome! But then i would say that, wouldnt i?

But seriously, it is custard and caramel kibble wrapped in a triangle of puff pastry and a complete pain in the ass to make! But they are quite possibly the best thing to come out of dominos HQ for a while (they are normally only good for stupid ideas).
    Yeah, nah.

I do not know what a Creme Brulee is, but good call on frequenting Galbraith's Ale House.

But so sooooo good... also worth a try is the new pastas, although the retail price is a little expensive... but well worth it as a meal for one, especially the beef one in a puff bowl

That's okay. It's not really pub food anyway - more like fancy restaurant food. Having said that, I haven't really been able to figure out what "Pont Neuf Chips" are on the Galbraith menu either. Best as I can tell - they are chips. What the heck is happening to pub food nowadays.

Yeah a mate got a steak there before the Jarvis Cocker concert a couple of weeks ago. It was tiny.

*this rates as the most bought / least used kitchen device ever.

Anyone who orders anything from Dominos and expects it to be good needs their head read.

Worst pizzas ever - and the other 'add-ons' are worse.
