    Looks like he has the braking sorted. As he lines up for the tighter corners, and as he catches up with the bike towards the end of the tunnel, he put his foot/leg out to the side and brushes off quite a bit of speed. Looks like he is either using knee and toe blocks (like a roller skater) or else he's putting side friction on his boot wheels.

    I've received this a number of times over the last few weeks and can never resist another watch, especially when he overtakes the bike. That gets me every time
