Looking for a budget yet future proof build. Only really need mobo, cpu and psu.

Unsure on the PSU i have no idea what is considered normal these days. Been a few years since i was heavily involved with PCs.
Anything wrong with the mobo? CPU is pretty damn hardcore compared to my athlon xp 2500 but i may just get a cheapo phenom II. Anyone recommend Intel over AMD?
Also looking for a decent online shop. I see the site that has the cheapest prices has the worst rating. Looking to buy online so far my pics are notebookcity or pconlineshop.

So for me having PCI-E is future proofing
Also i am assuming DDR3 will soon be the norm so i might as well switch to that now. I upgrade my pc once every 5 years if im lucky.
