    Not much choice really, but Kaka Point Tavern could also be a lunch meal stop instead of Owaka on the round trip.
    What foodie options are there at Owaka?
    No matter what, the Saturday ride will be a roundabout part repeat ride. Just the nature of the remoteness of Tautuku, eh.

    What about a hoon into the petrafied forest, worth seeing if ya havnt before... cant remember what the ride in is like tho?

    That could be included in the extra 60km extension. Good ride in... I do quite often.

    yeah well I just figgered for those entering the catlins from the top would get a chance to compleat 90% of the road. 07 Pissed P is the only time I have riden the road cant remember much about it.

    Owaka has a couple of good food options and Daffyd, Normajeane and I have one sussed, been speaking to management and they're in with us.
    Winding up drongos, foil hat wearers and over sensitive KBers for over 14,000 posts...........

    Am in,holidays booked.Got a pm awhile back from the Ginga asking if i was going but at the time thought no,best i do otherwise you lot will sit around sipping respectably and generally boring the local inhabitants.Will dust the cobwebs off a real V-twin (thats for you D) and see you all there.
