    Hiya

Hello, thought i'd have a go at posting to get involved. I've been riding motorbikes just over a year now. I've had me Yamaha for about a month now and taken it on a couple of trips to Taupo but not much more than that. I had a GSXR 750 (1990) before this one, so the Yamaha is quite a different riding style but it’s still a very very cool feeling getting out on road.

    Welcome aboard TS2000.

Make sure to get yourself out on some of the KB rides.

The Gixxer was a hand me down and available when I had finished with my GPZ250 so it was handy. The 1990 model i've been told was abit awkward not as easy to handle as the 1989 and the 1991 previous and next models.... So i'm still looking for my dream bike... to get to blat around on and R1 every so often so I'm happy. and My FZX still goes faster then I can ride it at this stage. The Gixxer was wasted on me.
