Well doing the ol'family business thing, mum and dad own a fush n'chup shop so I'm always in on holidays to help out (or when needed). Roll on tonight when it all finishes and I can go back to being a humbug!

    At work.

Have done some useful stuff, everything looking happy before I head off on holiday until the 5th

Time to go and see if there's anything good for morning tea, then ask the boss roughly what time he meant by buggering off about mid morningish.

I was going to work today but when I looked around my desk I established that I didn't need to. Instead I'm working at home getting the place ready for Christmas family gathering tomorrow. Hopefully that'll mean there'll be bugger all for Mrs Oakie to do in that regard when she gets home from work tonight.

When I say I'm working, it's more like I'm "at work" but, thank fuck, the stupidness of project cargo has dissipated into nothing but a rememberance of two weeks working till cunting 23:30.

In fact, the girls are in the lunch room right now putting together a feed, the Steinlagers are on ice and the day's almost over.

I freakin LOVE working Christmas eve
