    Geez, I love this...

14 coming for dinner, more for tea.

Table is set for the traditional dinner. 8.7Kg ham, cooked last night, and currently glazing with a red-current glaze. Turkey and lamb also cooking.

Andrea Bocelli is setting the mood.

Our two daughters have just turned up - it's just the four of us for a couple of hours...

    Ho ho ho.....

Oh yus - merry christmas you lot...

The morning rush is over at chez PINZ. Only casualty this year was one dog and Vickis birdbath. Some gorrila glue will fix the birdbath, not sure about the dog - might need something stickier... (puppies will be puppies)

Every year we have xmas breakfast with the neighbours and associated hangers oners, this year was our turn and yes - everyone was tiddly and asleep by 10am, excellent result. A traditional xmas.

The taxis have come and gone and now for the first time in 27 years Vicki and I are enjoying a christmas afternoon of quiet solitude. Its wonderful, I have Andrea Bocelli's christmas cd belting out at full whack, a gut full of food and the wonderful low alch sparkling wine means my bladder gave in before my balance (aint technology grand) so I'm not paralitic. (sp)

Anywho - despite 2009 being, quite frankly a bit of a bitch, I'm alive and happy, full of cheer and thankful to be living where and as I do. The clothes I got the grand babies all fit, the suff i got Vicki will earn me a snuggle, there are 3 legal classics in the shed and I'm going for a fish tomorra with a mate on our kayaks.. Fuck me, I'm in bloody paradise...

    Thanks santa... (and merry christmas)

Yes merry xmas to you all

We tracked Santa last nite, boys were excited , couldn't sleep

they all wrote letters for Santa and put cookies and a small sherry out for Santa ( the basket isn't having any of me top shelf !)

this morning the joys of watching kids open presents ,,,,what a surprise it was what they wanted

I got a green tie ..... no socks this year .

so its outside to watch the kids play with toys until its time for work
