I use a brush to remove the bulk, then blow out the rest with compressed air.

Though no matter how much gunk is in there or what method is used to get rid of it I would never do it indoors. Even a little becomes a problem once airborne.

I figure people whose computers look like that must live in filth and the PC becomes the filter for all the crap in their household.

Worse one I ever had to do was covered in fly shit to the point it was corroding, I said fuck no and split.

PS: My son got first in ICT this year across all of year 9. Poor kid. I had hoped he would turn out better than Dad.

My computer in the garage looks like that. I'll clean it one day. Maybe. It's just what happens when you're sanding/grinding/filing shit while the computer is going.

I don't work in IT. I put steel strip in one end of a machine and 1km later it pops out the other end all shiny and coated.
