I'm not too sure. The Jawi script matches the english, though the pronunciation would be closer to Bahtman. The cool bit is that "Bin" translates as "son of", so his name is Batman son of Suparman.

Looks like the ID card was scanned then edited on MS_Paint. Saved as jpeg to make it more "blended in".
His name "Batman son of a superman" is darker and sharper than the title name and IDENTITY CARD NO. Why? I'm guessing because it's digitally entered with MS_Paint not from the original print out.
And why is his Identity Card Number "S"? The rest was deleted for security purpose? Hence to prove edited. Which means the card was "touched". So there's the doubt that it's a fake joke.
