Hey john, That bit missing out of your fiaring, is sweet on my one, If you want you can have my damadged one for $20 ill take sum pics iff you want but the only damage on it is the top bit where tha windscreen mounted on, the plastic round the head light is still sweet and so is that place where a big ugly chunk was missing out of yours, maybe you could cut the piece out of my fairing and have it welded into your

Nah its cool mines already fixed, how bad exactly is yours? - Is it worse than mine? or ok, Take it to a plastic weilder and see what they say they can fix them up real well for a decent amount of money to

Narhh its pretty stuffed, have to get a new one but hows that sidefairing anyways ? you should post some pics of your bike how it is now, what got damadged on mine was, stuffed tank, stuffed windscreen, stuffed top fairing, stuffed hanger & foot peg + alternator cover and a few scrathes on my left fairing and left tail fairing. but apart from that everything is fine

, since its taking me ages to source a top fairing ill ride it around without one till it arrives then get the paint job done, all those parts i just mentioned are getting replaced apart from tha fairing which will b painted, they wernt as bad as urs, only minor

I'll let you guys know what Mt Eden MC quoted me for a top fairing tomorrow when I go to check the assessors sheet. I can't imagine it being cheap as they decided to write off the bike

They write faired bikes of so easy trust me - they would have wrote mine off thats why I'm avoiding them, they wrote the ZZR off and it only needed abit of work, its because the assessors get new OEM parts! but fair enough I supose, keep us posted

Yeah man, your bike looked 10x worst than my bike! I was acutally looking forward to new yellow paintjob and was really surprised when they called me up today!
BTW what is happening with your bike? I thought you were fixing it up? But I also noticed you have heaps of parts for sale on trademe? It's been a bad month for us 250 riders

Yea It has being for sure!

I'm getting a repaint, and fixed the plastics - going to talk to the airbrusher tommorrow to sort out the design Its a secret until its done

, just take it to the local plastic weilder I'm sure it could be fixed, have you got a picture of the damage to your bike? They also piece together bits very well.

man i feel for you(and the dog), dat zxr is so nice and the shoei...man!!! I wana sell my zxr and get a C model
