Trust me, I have had too much beer to stand upright in the street let alone ride my bike anywhere!

    In 53 minutes?

Jeez girl you must be a cheap date...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I am by no means drunk. Just over the limit. 3 beers in 53 mins is easy....

No one can stand up in my street today with the way the wind is gusting down here.

I know what you mean. Tried to take Tim fishing on Friday at Point Howard. We gave up after half an hour. Damn that wind was strong. I swear it blew all the fish down to the South Island.

Just heard that it might be nice (read not raining and 130kph plus winds) tomorrow. Dusting off the striple in anticipation.

What a shite start to the year though - loads of time off and stuck inside due to the crap weather. It can only get better.

Fuck the gales. Today Mrs H and I went riding. To say it was blowing a bit in the Wairarapa is a bit like saying that Mark Knopfler can play the guitar.

Yep, we took a stroll (can you call 3 hours a stroll?) to Pencarrow LightHouse today. I almost got blown off at the top. Wasn't quite lucky enough though...
