Having trouble with the Search Page

Buggered if I can get the search function to find the posts I want listed.

Keywords and User Names just aint doing it for me.

Seemed so easy with the previous version.

    Anyone else also having troubles?

SpankMe is currently re-indexing the entire search database, as part of the software upgrade. It's going to take some time until it's back to normal.

In the meantime, you won't get much sense from the search system. Similarly, members' post histories are also unsearchable.

Having the same problem looking for recommendations for vid cameras that actually work on a bike - unlike mine. There was a recent post covering this but I can't find it at present.

I will await the fix with baited breath.

Other than that, I like the new version...

Camera mounts - don't hard mount it near the exhaust - the harmonics from the bike will upset both tape and HD recording medium. I used a Panasonic digital tape camera and it worked really well once I mounted it on the tank, and on the grab rail (facing backwards - see here > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ywkl5kWAYYE )

I've got a new HD Sony cam - it is awesome in the aeroplane while doing aeros - no problems with rapid altitude changes (which some of them are)
