Hello Forum I'm new - jamesvini

    Hi there,
I have recently got a new bike and live in christchurch.
At current it scares the brown stuff out of me.
Any one know any good place to practice in CHCH?

    Hey,

The best places for general practice are the westpac trust stadium carpark (map)

And if you want to try driving inclines i would suggest the northlands carpark (up and down the ramps) sometime after 8 at night you're usually good, and i never had any trouble with security practicing there.

    Hope it helps!

welcome.... check out the meetings & events/ christchurch wnr thread (wednesday night rides) as all sorts of riders from expert to beginner go and it's great experience. there are some really great KB people that are more than willing to help out a learner either by mentoring, or just helping out on a ride, or giving some really awesome advise......

Hi there a VFR250 is a VFR400 Chassis with a VTR engine in it. Weird i know but the bloke i got it from was a bit funny, and hey i can ride a sexy bike on my learners. its an '05 engine so it goes ok.

I dont know how well it goes compared to the origonal because i havent ridden one but it seems ok.

    Cheers.
