    Arrow Trouble logging in?

A small minority of members are unable to figure out how to log in since the software upgrade.

At the top of the new Home Page, you will see that there are two boxes to the left of the Log In button. Enter your User name in the left box (where it says User Name - i.e. over-write the words User Name). Your password goes in the right box.

Refer to the Software Upgrade thread for answers to questions.

Rep "star" at bottom of posts. Search system currently being re-indexed - a massive job - will be working again in due course.

I click the remember me box....but if I am inactive, it appears to "time-out" and I have to log back in. Using Mozilla as web browser...is this normal.

Also, the font in ther reply box is quite small....

Worst user interface design for a login system ever. I mean who the fuck UATs that crap? Might be worse in the dark universe, but just saying...

this doesnt apply anymore. as i stated before, a facebook bubble now sits directly ontop of the username login square!!!!!. its a real pain in the ass to login.

I tried this on different browsers and versions. It happens on IE7 & 6 when the browser window is too narrow and pushes the facebook connect button over the login input. They just need to stretch out their browser window wider.

Yep, same here. I just click in the password box and then hit the shift + tab button which moves the cursor to underneath the facebook icon and you can just enter your username as normal....
