Badger & Enzoyug + VTR250 & GSXR600 + Central NI & East Cape = AWESOME

My BF has been badgering ('scuse the pun) me for ages to post in this forum and introduce myself to all the biker ladies so I thought I'd write about my recent adventures. I'm relatively new to riding but have been putting some serious miles behind me of late.

We just did 1000km over about a week around the Central North Island and the East Cape - http://tinyurl.com/yam7jvx. What an awesome ride! The weather was perfect, the people were great and the beaches were beautiful. Lots of friendly bikers out there. We even ended up with some on the site next to us at our campground

I got lots of great experience in the twisty rodes through the various gorges, with no 'oh shit' moments. I really feel like I know my limits and have a good idea of what I'm capable of now. My VTR hummed along nicely behind my boys Gixxer...only problem was the wind. When I upgrade I want some fairings and a screen!

Anyway, I'm back home now so thought I'd share

Opotiki. One massively overloaded ute at the Caltex. There was a wooden picnic table on top of all of that!


Phone camera crapped out after that, but we went right around the east cape, then back to Whakatane, then to Taupo and then back to Auckland Awesome!
