    Hey Guys,

I am complete newbie to track bike set up suspension etc, is there any good books out there that I can use to get my bearings and learn a bit more to perfect my settings.

Just a suggestion, but unless you've actually got the bike set up specifically for you with correct weight springs (at a minimum) and revised valving, then twiddling clickers and playing with preload isn't really going to get you too far - well certainly nowhere near perfect!
have a look at Race Tech's website: www.racetech.com and click on the 'products for your bike link (or something like that) and you'll get an idea of what might be required.
As far as books go, Google is your friend - there are plenty out there.

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes
