I'm trying to dismantle my cb200's forks, but I'm in need of a honda 'special tool'. :P
This collar hides the fork seals, but I'm not sure what I need to remove it. The hole and two indentations shown appear to be the only ones on the collar.

What's the chance that the pressed steel collar is threaded onto an ally leg. None I'd say. Try a strap wrench (or chain vice grips) to see if you can get that loose, but you may need to drill out the indentations. Hole is a drain I'd guess.
Fecking horrible system.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
