Help please re motorcycle engineers

Guys N gals -I'm trying to finish of the resourse thread I've created.
If you know the name/number of a vehicle certifier cleared for motorcycles in your local area could you please post it up here.
I mean the engineer that sighns off the bike before compliance.

LTSA are hard yakka--they have "the list" but its very long and doesn't actually say if they are able to do bikes

PM KB'er Freebird (Davey) - he's the senior Mechanical Engineer at Land Transport and may have access to lists that others don't have or can't be bothered to give you.
