sorry if im in the wrong section. But here goes

i have been away from new zealand for the past 3 years. i returned on xmas day and start uni, finishing my sports degree, in march/late feb.

My Zx9r is in transit from Sydney so i am borrowing a car. its not a issue but my mate wants me to get my own asap. i cant really blow much cash. im looking for somthing small under a grand. tough i know. i can do what ever work is needed if its mechanicaly. no de reg but recently run out WOF is cool if there is nothing major like rust.

i am also looking for work.
i dont care what its doing. im a swimming teacher most of the time but in the last year i worked in a fiberglass factory. i have worked in automotive parts, building,painting, like i said i dont really care i need work, the sooner the better!!!

any help would be appreciated

i am living in sth auckland for the next couple of weeks, will be living in mt wellington after that and going to uni on the shore.
