Ah yes, the 'spiritual father' of suspension.
No doubt you are one of the 'spiritual sons' Pussy, though I haven't seen any of the Ohlins covenant rings in evidence as yet.
Might pay for anyone wanting to address Bishop Robert Taylor-Tamaki to read up on the rules, lest they feel the wrath: http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/ar...0605956&pnum=0
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes
i own a frank thomas jacket, its not goretex, but its water proof, it saw me through 3 winters in scotland, and 4 crashes so far,
i dont think you have to buy "goretex" to get a good water proof result, plenty of other manufactures use a good waterproof membrane in there jackets.

Where are they being sold for $400?
I'm in need of a proper waterproof jacket. Last winter I just used my summer one with a kathmandu rain coat overtop. Although I didn't get wet at all, my commute is only 20 minutes and in heavier rain i'm sure it would have given up the goods.
Just in case anyone wanted to know, Motomart DO stock Alpinestars Sigma (regular & stella) jackets and although they have a pricetag of $699 attached, you can get for $400.
I picked one up yesterday =)
Love the jacket already. Fits and looks great. Very well made and have no doubt it will keep the water out. The full arm inner liner is a nice touch although not needed in the summer.
