Flat in Auckland City?

Does anyone know of any places up for rent in or around the city? I'm hoping for something between Westmere, Mt Eden and New Market, maybe Remuera at a stretch.

I'm looking for a room with a built in wardrobe (or room for a standing one) and enough room to comfortably fit queen size bed and a desk. Main requirement is that there is garage space for the bike! Up to $150pw inc expenses or $135pw excluding.

Will be wanting to move in probably mid February.

danae just bailed out of a flat of that description - but I wouldn't recommend it until it's had some renovations (or at least repairs)

I'd be keen to flat again - I'm already sick of my brothers. I'm still looking for work but it looks like the dole for me until April when I start my course. I'd be keen for a flat with a mean garage.

should probably add easy access to motorway and bakery/booze shop within 50m walk onto that list

A good bakery! My flat was within walking distance of a bakery that had terrible pies for far too much. But it did have a cheap booze store just up the road.

For upto $150 per week inc expenses in this area you would be hard pressed to find anything with all that you require. Especially a garage in the city. If you find such a place let me know too.

I've already seen 3 or 4 places on Trademe, the garage is the hard part.
