Yeah, i wouldnt expect any of you modern racing guys to understand it, but the NZCMRR actually did what they said they were going to do re number of rounds etc, so it was piss easy to play in their sandpit.
We had thirteen or fourteen machines & the racing was tight.
We finally got the opportunity to go up against the legendary Dick Leppard on similar equipment, that was the highlight of my weekend.

Truth does not bother me dude, but rants like your opening post ( Which you have still not edited to the truth as to the brand of damaged Chair)

You are prepared to get on here and bag some one that is helping keep your sport alive by attending the NZ Champs, yet you guys are not prepared to make the effort and race the whole champs yourself???? Does not add up to me, to be so loud with your oppinions, but not support your sport, I know things changed, but so what, what is sitting at home going to do about correctring that

Then a war starts against SB RC30 and the money he finds to spend on his passion, it just got a little to personell really, especially from so called intelligent people like your selves

Helping keep the sport alive? Grid numbers this year would not support that theory.
P.S Neither LCR or Windle could run at the meeting the following day, go figure.

I believe you can actually count? there were races, so the grids were full enough to make it happen! However, if more people attended the races instead of just bad mouthing the ones that did, ( ie 2 on here that have enough money to go racing) The grids could have looked better, and other interested parties in your choice of sport, might consider taking it up.

This thread wasn't started by Bob, but was hijacked from another.

It still goes againsts MNZ's roadrace workshops outcomes of making the Nationals bigger.

Shaun, you need to know of ALL the facts before passing your judgement.
I'll tell you a few, but not all.
The NZSRA had an AGM that was voted at by it's members to only do 2 rounds down south. A majority vote passed it. MNZ was told on 3 seperate occasions of the NZSRA's intentions for only 2 rounds - as has been the case for the last donkeys years. MNZ chose not to listen to the wishes of an affilliated club (A breach of their own constitution), but rather listen to 2 members that took it upon themselves to do what they wanted for their own agendas. This is also a breach of the NZSRA constitution.

To blame Bob, myself or anyone else on here for pointing the finger at certain individuals is simply wrong. The NZSRA executive was given a mandate by the majority of its members to explain in no uncertain terms that we are not at all happy about this years situation. Hence a formal letter from the NZSRA has been sent to MNZ highlighting some serious issues about this years championship. There are well over 16 competitors that are behind this Shaun, not just the vocal ones on here.
And yes, another 8-10 teams would have gone south for only two rounds.
Unfortunately selfishness has brought us to this conclussion.

    Scrivy
Is it still beastiality if ya fuck a frozen chicken??
