Spyda, I can't see where I've stated that. You're making up absolute nonsense.
Putting this sort of shit on KIWIBITCHER isn't doing our sport (yours and mine) any good. We're all big boys, we'll all get over it. Makes people go harder on the track, don't it???.............

And SidecarBob, don't really think you've won 7 championships have you?

Haven't you heard the threat from Tuckerman Steve..........????? The sidecar class will have a 2 year stand down!!

Exactly how is that going to make our class grow???

You and Dave getting into his ear non stop is what's damaged the sidecar class this year. How many people that would have gone down south to 2 rounds are going to be happy in the knowledge that Teretonga is now off for sidecars!!! There is going to be alot of very pissed people now Steve because of your actions - and don't try to blame Dave either.

It's easy coming on here and blaming others, but at the end of the day, you have to put your hand up and admit you sold everyone out with your hollow promises to Jim.

Hey, they are a work of art & the closest thing to a three wheeled F1 car that there is & the total horn!!.
The problem occurs when people cant afford to maintain them like an aircraft. As they slide down the socioecinomic scale there will be serious accidents due to component failure. Not with you, but 4th & 5th owners.

Scrivy I don't know were you heard that from but I was not the one at the MNZ AGM and I had NO part in the three South rounds, if you remember I tried to get a dropped round to counter that but as a Association that was declined - NOT MY DOING SORRY

It dos not matter what I say you have made up your mind, however we did have a meeting down south in which we all agreed to support the Invas round - another faulse promiss andd I will not take the blame for this. The association is in charge of it's destiney. Easy to point fingres Aye!!!!!! " I never promissed anything" whats sold us out is the second trip across the ditch to compete at a nothing truck meeting and putting better numbers on that grid than the National rounds - Simple!!!!!!!!! Now you know who to blame

I understand that Steve, and that is why the Windle gave problems at Taupo!
They are horn and I get a kick out of riding it - thats why I do it. I cannot make a sidecar and are left to buy one and choose to purchase a good one espically for the safety side of it.

Steve, you really like passing the buck and blaming others!! LOL!!!
    You crack me up dude!!
If my memory serves me right Steve, YOU were the one that promised Chris and everyone else that went down there to the truck meeting that you were going to take 2 sidecars down in your trailer!!!!! You reneged on your promise (yet again) and pulled out after everyone else had made plans to get there!! It left everyone feeling like linda lovelace - with a bitter taste in their mouths.....

As for the meeting itself - 5 chairs went down from the north - all were funded by members and other contributors, (and the TRRS fund by Chris and I) and the entry fee was FREE!!! There were only 10 rigs on the grid, and the races were handicapped - not actual races - so how again did we fuck up our championships???
By doing a demonstration event with 10 rigs infront of a spectator base of 10,000 people that thought we were great!!

Please inform Jim that you were also going to do the truck meeting Steve. I wouldn't want Jim thinking you were the pure golden boy, and not a party to it.

Im really quite how unsure how the truck meeting that was nearly two years ago fucked everything. Could someone please explain how that works? That seems to be really quite a desperate attempt to find someone or something to blame other than oneself, and Steve's not the only one singing that song, MNZ seem to think thats the problem too. I suspect both parties came up with that one together to deflect the blame for the current failure of the series.
And yes, Steve did let us down badly that weekend.
Leighton Minnell saved the day in large part by loaning the (now my) pink bike out to Burt Wolland to ride, he also contributed by loaning a trailer & organising his trailer to be towed & funding the ferry crossing both ways for it, even though he didnt personally attend.
Charlie Bilby drove from Wanganui to Auckland & drove Lawrence Bros truck non stop to Timaru with two machines in it, & did the return journey at the end of the weekend.
Brian Reid ended up driving all day & night to be there, all to take up the slack that username RC30 dumped on us.
I am right now, able to provide two sidecars for the south & Scrivy another one, & if things had been done according to the vote at the AGM & we had been treated fairly in the past, they would be loaded & ready to go.
P.S, The pink bike could be bought to make up the numbers. The price is $14,500 with 2 spare engines & a full set of wets on rims, plus various other spares.
It could also be leased, complete with crew. Price by negotiation.

Im dissapointed we havent got RC30's version of the Timaru truck meeting. I welcome a response.
Id also be keen to know weather Kim approves of the situation too.

The Fact is steve Bron & Dave Annan have taken it upon themselves to speak to Jim Tuckerman & promote the idea of 3 south island rounds, knowing full well they would not be supported well by other competitors. This is well known as JT hasn't made it a secret. This has now meant that 3 competitive teams will be competing. Bron ,Anan & Pete Goodwin. (All Bron supported teams.) Unfortunalely Anan is one second a lap at least off Brons pace, and Goodwin prefers to spend time with his bike in the pits rather than the track. The south island teams are unlikely to want to be a part of this. If it was two rounds like everyone wanted (Bar 2 teams) then it is likely you would get 10 to 12 rigs at the track.(North & South teams) Especially as the two rounds this year would of been ChCh and Invercargill. Expecting more is un realistic. Sidecars like all sport cost a lot, not just cash but hundreds of hours in the workshop and driving your vehicle around the country. The two round SI format has kept the sport viable. 3 rounds has killed it before it has even happened. The truck racing promo event 2 years ago has no influence on this seasons champs what so ever. From what i heard it was a nice display of average riders (except scrivener) that the crowd enjoyed and that's all.
