250 ride this Sunday (24 January)?

Cheers for the ride suggestion JoeHybrid, those are some great roads I know!
Last time I was up those ways I got lost real bad, lucky the guys I was riding with knew the way...

I'm still favoring the south ride suggested by Addict, but if anyone else would rather go north, feel free to voice your opinions!

I'm still watching the weather like a hawk, hoping its gonna clear up...

The ride south looks good to me too, I haven't been out those ways before.

Okay, the weather report that I'm reading says:
"Few morning showers, then fine. 23max, 17min."

So I'm gonna take that as a good sign, and go start polishing up the bike...

If anyone needs to text or call tomorrow morning to say they are running late and want us to wait, or can't make it last minute, my cell numbers are:

Vodafone - 021 131 6854
Telecom - 0275 131 685

If I don't get texts or calls from anyone we will be leaving at 10am or just after...

Otherwise, see you all at the Motordrome Service Area at 9:30 tomorrow morning!

(I will still check on the weather again at about 7am tomorrow, just to be sure... Will post here again at that time.)

Okay, its the day of! The sun is trying to come through up here, few thick clouds still hanging around - but it's not raining - and that's all I care about!
Supposed to clear up as the day continues...

Don't forget to bring liquid refreshments (EDIT: non-alcoholic LOL!!!) for yourself - it may well get pretty hot later - just in case anyways.

LOL... not quite sure how they run things down there, but up here in Jaffa-Land, we don't have walls blocking in our sky!

Thanks to everyone for coming, Lindsay (and DEVVIL) for leading the way, and the weather gods for not unleashing an absolute downpour on us!

Seriously though, I had a great day out, really enjoyed meeting new people, the nice pace was awesome, all in all just a blast!

Looks like the "Biker Boyz" tag is gonna stick, keep an eye out for more threads in the 'Meetings and Events' forum!
