Am still chugging away at work, so if um not there by the time you intend to roll, then carry on ladies and gents. Depending on knock off time, i may call round to the car park. Have fun. H5 for Sharry and Tig...

Awww sorry to hear you were on your lonesome. I don't know when my bike will be ready but I'll come when it is.
Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.

    BS night and R.o.Cs

Bumma bout the no shows Sis, next week. BTW, who did i pass on the Hill Rd overbridge? I'd just come off the motorway heading towards Southmall and a bike blatted by giving me a toot, couldn't quite make it out in the dark?

OMG very trying night. Two a$$hole cars blocked me in at the Victoria St car park building (near work) by parking like retards on phenobarbital-late model green Rav 4 -TD3429 & a black Audi DJR679 boxed me in. If they hadn't parked like dunces, there'd be ample room to get out, but it was obvious they'd parked to deliberately box me in. The Rav had parked a meter away from its front end park barrier and the Audi had parked on diagonal into the yellow lined wedge adjacent. AND before you ask, the other spot I've gravitated towards lately was taken by another bike, to be fair, first come first serve so I was $hit outta luck this morning...then there's the fact that grown up bikes can't fit in the MDZ (motorcycle designated zone) entry way much less compete with the High St scooter mafia that packs it out. SO, after trying to negotiate car park and Council bureaucratic hierarchy for 20 mins, i'm able to corner the hapless and hopeless rent a cop night 'watch' guy who passes for security. That twig of a male whose kneck I could snap without breaking a sweat, cos he's a F%#@*EN PIGMY, says to me you can get out if you ride over the bollards and squeeze through any of the gaps. Duh, 260kg plus Harley with westerns just aint gonna fit through there genius!! Put down the KRAK pipe stupid. MOFO then decides he can't give a F*@K and buggaz off. His parting shot, um not parked in the MDZ and i'm not a paying customer, therefore its my problem...HOLD UP? WTF did you just say?

Tried to serve me with a breach notice for not paying-urm, I didn't take a ticket and therefore didn't have a contractual agreement (which worked against me) and then said i'd breached Council building rules...Inept-clueless and probably with a smirk he scuttled back to his dinky little pseudo cage parked round the corner. 48 mins later, 7 phone calls, 5 assistance calls on ticket machines, several universal bird signs to the CCTV cameras on both fingers and 20 camera pics later of 'evidence', i'm able to hightail it out of there when a car several spaces over moves. LUCKY lucky, cos its $100 for the towing contractor to be called out, and the onus is on YOU if ur technically not a customer...guy didn't give a toss about the two parked cars, one of which was in a yellow kiddie friendly carpark and parked diagonally like a banana. GO figure. So on the way down, petty as it was, I gave the rent a cop an ear full of pipe noise in an enclosed space...down 6 floors. SO NOT my night.

So, beware my fellow motorcyclists who deign to sully the Victoria St park building, of entitled Auckland F&@%$tard cagers who park like they're trippin AND rent a cops for the Super $HITTY Council who have penile dysfunction. If you find yourself in real trouble in this car park building esp at night, even with the CCTV cameras and ticketing machines with emergency assistance buttons, DO NOT expect help from rent a cop and co, know that you WILL die before they lift a finger to help and then Council will absolve themselves of any culpability.

CHRIST ALMIGHTY - MY and I are total beacons for negative male attention these days...had ta find my happy place in order to get home, otherwise it'd be jail or the morgue. 3 years parking in the same spot then BAM...total cluster F@#K. No doubt the harassment will continue for as long as I continue to park in this building...but not that much choice and i also don't think it'll matter where I park, the problems will continue. I rocked up to a free space last week, regularly used by other bikes-its out of the way, no yellow lines, no impediment to pedestrians or other commuter vehicles, so no problem or so I thought. Well, R.o.C parked up 2 meters out of his park just enough to make parking in that available free space too dodgy to enter/exit. I wasn't gonna tempt fate, but it seems there's not much luv for bikes. Would that MY could have pride of place like Sergio, at least Sergio is admired and appreciated, MYs gonna end up being defaced non too soon. AND YES< this is cathartic whinging on a grand scale.

You know what you need, Maakz?

A Tazer... The shock will induce short-term memory loss and they won't remember what happened, while you get the satisfaction of taking them down. Just make sure you're in the CCTVs' blind spots...

Otherwise, a less violent but equally satisfying solution is laxative pills put into a mint box... Sweetly offer some to them as a 'peace offering'... As you ride away, you'll laugh out loud to the view in your mirrors of them scurrying to the toilet! Bwhahahahaha!

Meanwhile, here's something to calm your jangled nerves...

I have to admit that I am soooo fortunate to be able to park Sergio in a safe place. And where his lines can be admired.
The morning sun shines in on the chrome, glinting and winking at passers-by. He often has admirers and I find even myself walking past, thinking Sergio is not looking too bad, or looking BAD, depending on your age and upbringing.
