I thought you were just taking the piss about that sight glass thing, haha. So you just mount that below the fuel tank somewhere?

I've got no other way to get to work except on my bike so I'll be riding through this rough patch of weather. We've had it really good for the last few weeks so overdue for rain anyway.

If metservice's rainfall predictions for tomorow are correct I won't be there.

If the weather stays like this then i think best to call it off and wait for next week. Was pretty rough on the run home.

I concur...it was a shite run home ...but my new galaxy cruising lites seemed to keep a few would be asses safely at bay...yay they have paid for themselves...plus 3 sets of cops didn't seem to worry...probably the smell of warm donuts in the car was better than getting wet...

Well I could put my race shift on. One up and five down. Not sure that would end well in the rain and make what Im getting you to do pointless.

In saying that I should just put it on and leave it there.

    nah, just winding you up.

    keep the bike std shift.

only have the race bike with the race shift setup, otherwise there will be a stuff up - you really dont need any other crap.

esp with this wet weather after the dry spell, oil and crap will be all over the road

see if i can get it sorted tomorrow for ya

Only reason I havent run race shift till now is my trail bike cant be made race shift. If it could I would go with it all the time.

Will try to pop over after work, I finish at 4.30 at the airport but it may take me abit to get there.

I have no way of contacting Peter (some Ulyssians actually ride bikes rather than attend committees) but I think he might be able to look outside and figure it out for himself.

I am still debating whether I take the bike or the car to work.

Probably will make the decision when I look outside tomorrow.
