If anyone is keen for a quiet roady to taupo and back on saturday for a coffee and something to eat i'm heading down...pm me if you're keen...pre ride coffee at mine bout 8am...prebike check then off at 9am...plan on taking it slow and relaxed...
Oh yeah also need to pick up my boy who is hanging out with his nana at 5 mile bay....
If i can finish at vet tomorrow early enuff i'll see you all at the start...maybe at the end...brownie points building...yes

I'll see how it feels on the way home in my textiles. I went out for a ride in the leathers on the weekend and the perforations make it a bit breezy, which is nice for summer time but maybe not so much just yet.

Just an idea Fraser, I have to go out tomorrow night and get spare fuel for my bike. I have a few fuel tins and can pick up 5 or 10L of whatever grade you need and bring it out if you want? You can just pay me for it out there. That way you have some to get home as well.

Awesome, thanks. I'll check these out tonight when I have a go at adjusting everything. I found a good post on a gixxer forum too that will be a lot of help. I've been reading approx 30mm of sag like you said.

Not so worried about gas getting home, just so long as I have enough to get around the track without leaving. You think I'll have enough? 17L tank/roughly 220-240km on that.

Great ride last night, even if it was a tad chilly. I dressed up in leathers all for nothing – no chocolate heart, no free coffee. Lost my touch..
