Another great night last night, practising our riding.
Next week we will be doing some carpark work at Mitre 10 Takanini before we put it into practice on the roads.
its a tractor, crank start it just like the old massey ferg..... you remember them?
No doubt you would have noticed the cold, maybe not with all those thermals on.
Batteries suffer in the cold and if you arent riding that much (vs summer) then the battery may not be maintained as well as it might.
If it was me I would have tried the CTEK and seen if the battery could have held its charge.
I would only replace the battery, but if you are replacing everything (All Booked) then you should be safe.
Something for everyone to think about - How is your battery condition, can you jump start your bike? by yourself? (I can)
Spokes - the Scorpio can and has been kick started, quite an advantage when the battery goes flat.![]()
