I am in.
Got my wasp sting on Sunday so have recovered, but somewhat itchy.

Will be there but still getting on the bike at the moment.
And I have my liners in, after being on the Mainland.

Is this still on next week taking in consideration of day light saving, would love to tag along - newbie to the forums.
Would meet everyone at Manukau Car Park as I'm in town for work.

Hey ,
We still meet at the Z in Takanini , We do the carpark thing in the Mitre 10 car park ( Just down tbe road from the meet point ) Then out for a ride and a coffee and chips at Broncos .
Nice chilled out rides never fast - 100 Kms and under .Chilled and smooth is the name of the game. Practice our lines , braking and riding in the dark .

Essential info for the newbies to SASS:
South Auckland Street Skills or SASS

WHAT: Learning and improving Riding Skills
WHEN: Tuesday Nights
WHERE: Meet at Z (ex-Shell) Service Station, Cnr Great South Road and Taka St, TAKANINI (the one with a Burger King)
WHO: Riders new and old, and anyone getting back into Motorcycling (must be legal & hold a motorcycle license).
Weather and venue permitting - Heavy Rain may mean that we are watching DVDs. Showers are OK, look on the thread for more up-to-date information.
Depending on the number of riders and their experience levels, a short ride may be included to practice further skills. If there are enough riders, some nights can be split into two different groups.

Some nights may include:
Practicing essential skills and techniques in a quiet carpark
On-the-road practice which may see you doing up to a 1hr - 1 1/2hr ride.

WHY:
- Practice essential skills for staying alive on the road.
- Practical help with your riding.
- Fun times with fellow riders, with great stories and discussions.
- Build friendships, solicit advice and pick-up riding tips.

MEET at Z station Takanini -----------> before 6.55pm

Pre-ride car park slow-speed safety exercises -----> usually 7pm-7.15pm

START ride -----------------------------> 7.20pm

SOCIAL time @ BRONCOS after ride -----------> 9pm-ish

Cost: Nil, nada, zip, zero, nothing... Just your time and attention.

Thanks for updating our start point etc.

I have tried to get on to update at the beginning but I am now cut out of it.

I doubt that I am going to be there tonight. I am still at work, trying to get paperwork processed for our Year End.

I might see you all the Broncos. Hopefully I will be finished by then
