Had a good time last night, thanks for the information. Now just to remember it. Just annoying that I am getting an issue that occasionally it feels as if my bikes choking in first and 2nd. Only sometimes when warmed up. Accelerate revs and speed stay constant. So strange.

Interesting read. I do not appear to have any cracks anywhere (Hopefully). I do not have a temp gauge as it is oil cooled so can not check the temp. Hopefully that is not the issue. It happens while I had just got off the mway also, which i had a clean run on. Just strange only in 1st and 2nd. Was thinking maybe throttle sticking but that still would affect more gears (although have not really tried to accerlate quickly in 3rd while it is happening). I have had no stalling issues except for my own doing either.

After reading a few forums seems heating is a major issue for the hyosung (with a lot of other issues I will pretend do not exist)

Common for hyosungs to crack the rubber inlet manifolds.

Mine looks like it has. Best to get it replaced sooner than later right? As it can blow up your engine due to a really lean mix?

Yes. And it can stall in a bad place. Some duct tape wrapped around it for a few days will work.
