Leaning, pushing the bike down in my opinion on the road at any real speed is a bad habit. ADV bikes its even worse as the tyres dont have the ability to handle big lean angles. So if a turn comes up that is badly planned for and more lean angle is needed you could run out of angle to do it with. Habits are what can bring us down or keep us upright.
I feel fully qualified to talk about ADV bikes as i road one today.
There is a very strong chance that I wont be at SASS next week 18th April.
Plan for tomorrow night is technical talk.
I have a helmet camera and I need to know where is the best place to mount it etc.
would be great if you can
I don't have my bike in Auckland yet (working up here but home is Hamilton, where the bike is hanging out for now - I'm back there weekends) - BUT - am definitely keen to get out and about once I feel confident enough to bring the bike north. I flat in Mt Wellington, walking distance from Sylvia Park.
