Hey Peops. Sis-sorry I couldn't make it to the Heli Charity Ride, went on another charity ride up to Kaikohe yest and promptly albeit un-intentially got heat strike.Long arduous day and slow going home, but felt gawd awful last night and feeling it today.
Tried to ride this morn and got as far as the lights at Manurewa before turning back.
Lessons learned bout water loading the night before.

Well we're having a mild network meltdown at work today so fingers crossed. I'm sure I'll see you at one of these things soon enough, Tigadee.
Hopefully you will actually get to see my VTR – at this rate maybe I'll only get to one once I get my full and the new bike! Tuesdays really aren't my day of the week it seems..
