I was behind Kartik on the way home from work yesterday but he was too fast for me to catch up to wave hello. Bloody Kawasaki's eh.

Was thinking of following him to the meet up to say hello but thought I'd wait til next week. I should be able to make it to that one depending on how some rehab work goes this weekend.

Yup, it was a great ride last night. A bit daunting going around corners with just the headlight... But a very good experience

Haha, I usually try to take my sweet time riding home from work, as I'm the opposite in the morning. I figured you may have just been running behind time..

I'm keen for the Taupo ride too if it hasn't already been done. I can't do this weekend either though.

Hey yáll. Working away the first half of the week but also had to replace my front tyre this morning. Found a gouge innit the weekend, so erred on the side of caution and parked it up. BUGGA. Anyhoo, looks like you all had a fantastic ride out. Great stuff. May be there next week but not too sure.

Workmates said a biker was down this morning just before Mt wellington off ramp heading north (on the Southern) in the fast lane (which is the slowest at times). It must have happened after I went through. Involved cars as well. Anyone know who/what.

I heard it was a SV650 and rider okish.
