dont knw how big the throttle body is,

Honda front wheel, Honda Tail section, Some bits in my engine might be honda! And honda throttle. Didn't look at the pipe. Next time you have the airbox off measure the inside diameter of the throttle body.

True we scuffed a piston but the bike didn't retire..... finished every race and 3rd overall Taupo 08

scuffed another one on the dyno, cold sezure I think, still made 21 rwhp afterwards, used that piston at Taupo 09

Well the power commander makes it all a bit more obtainable. The limit will be the throllte body if its to small then it would be like trying to make heaps of power on a 2 stroke with a 24mm carb. dig dig.

Secret plans. Pah they are not secret. Like everyone I want to win the thing. The bikes not the issue its the rider.

Alittle off topic, but what the hay.

As far as throtle bodies go for an injection system I have always thought scavaging the parts off a GSXR600 or somthing simular would be the way to go, I have never looked that hard at the practicality of undertaking such a task because with a standard engine the gains are just not there, and two I cant imagine it being an inexpensive excercise, especially if you have no knowledge of developing such systems.

I have heard talk of just using a carb body as a throttle body for the injection system as well.

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

I looked at the GSXR stuff. They are 40mm down to 38 at the manifold. They have 2 butterflies to make them work at different rev ranges, all looked a bit complicated to me. 2 big aswell I would guess we 150 types would want something around 30, 32.

    easy tiger...

We all know you really want to de-stroke it to 100 and turbo it. If ever there was an engine to take it its the cbr

I think we might have to start a 4 Stroke Tuning tread instead of hijacking the ESE ones.
