    dangerous's latest creation

Well..... this is some what far from anything to do with bikes.......... actually I guess it does in a round about way, if it wasent for the shit below then I wouldent be able to afford the bikes.

Right, attached is my latest creation..... a house that cost in excess of $650,000 to build $54,000 was the tub sized pool and $15,000 of that was for the cover only.... aparentley a horse can stand on it safely and not go through it, but why anyone would have a horse in there Fendalton back yard is a bit beyond me.

You cant see all the steel work in these pics because its all hidden, the reason for it is if you notice all windows go from floor to skillion ceiling, which means theres no strength in regular construction so the house is built around a steel frame.

It's not my cup of tea but it dident turn out to badly aye. And how come Im always building these flash things for every one else and not for me....... ohh yeah something to do with needing money.

Bugger, couldent get any more pic's in that post.
Notice the doors and windows dont have achatraves or gib groves but the details are all negative (jambs all flush with linings) and the same goes for the out side of all windows and doors.

Ok.... if that wasent your kinda house then maybe this one is, I know I prefure it to the above.

The owners brought a lot of the furnishings them selves like the doors, bath, potbelly shandalers and had them referbed.
Construction is timber walls with block plastered, kinda looks like a mud house finish.
I built this place 3yrs ago but it was never finished with the garage wing including a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a lounge not being built back then, so thats why it looks only half done.... cos it is.

    Builder?

I have a Mitre 10 garden shed that needs putting up, could you do it and could you make it look like the Fendaaalton house? for no more than $600?

Thats some awesome stuff there Darryl - in particular the second one. I have always liked that mudbrick look. Like you say the forst ain't my cup of tea but workmanship looks awesome. Shame it looks like an office but the design ain't your doing.

very impressive... makes my sledgehammer work in the bathroom look a bit agriculteral.

been reading an article today about the consumer online survey of wages of the "trades" - seems soon you'll be able to afford to live in these sorts of houses yourself!!

That second one is the dog bollocks mate. First one is OK (nice build job) but looks a bit like a 70's telephone exchange building.

bugger me, when I win Lotto I now know who is building the KB Rally HQ and Bike Museum.

Ahh yes, the old fashioned english steel framed house. You'll be getting the urges to build housing estates next and give them names like milton keynes

Actually they aint all that bad, I lived in one for a while. Soldered the tv ariel to the wall to get good reception

My parents like building houses too - they just movied into number 15 a few weeks back. Still, I dont have to help em shift anymore.

I like the pics - especially the high ceilings
