    Question suzuki topbox?

thinking of getting a box for the back of 'zuki [gn250] wondering if anyone has any opinions or recommendations at all?? also, what would i need to allow one to fit nicely? just looking at a photo, would i even be able to put one on???

not sure if this'll work or not...

i spent last year on the back of deckers, and got used to having a tourpack to put gloves and things in...cant see any other way of transporting things like that without on now

    cheers for any advice!!

Is that silver tubing under the rear seat a Ventura rack? Have you thought about getting the taller pack rack to fit those bracks & a larger bag? Check out http://www.ventura.co.nz

The other option is Givi. Check out http://www.givi.it then click on "English" at the bottom & "My Motorcycle" in the middle near the top & see if they do a system to fit the GN.

I can vouch for the Givi kit - really (REALLY) good. 100% Waterproof in complete downpours etc, I've never had a problem with it in 2 years of abuse.

Never used the other stuff -it may be as good, or maybe not. I'm not qualified to comment

Me too. My bike came with a Givi topbox and and I was going to take it off as I thought it looked a bit silly but it is soooo useful. I can fit a heap of stuff in it and can always carry round leggings, warm gloves and jacket liner, drink bottle, pen/paper etc etc and still have room for more. Can lock stuff up in it when parked too.

This is the site you want.....
    http://www.ventura-bike.co.nz/
They do a pack frame and L brackets to suit the GN. It replaces the silver grab rail on your bike. You could get their sport rack and mount the givi base plate to that if you want a top box.
