    Classic bike races at Pukekohe

    Spent a pleasant day at Pukekohe today watching the races...
    Might go tomorrow too .....here are some pics you might enjoy.

    I never made it back today...had to go to Mangawhai instead to rescue teenage son, who had two flat tyres and no tyre shops open....BUGGER that was my plans for the day fooked.

    Heh we went today, it was awesome, the noise was brilliant... bloody bureaucrats killing those exhausts sheer shame... my fav though had to be the side cars, memories when my dad used to ride at Western Springs... aaaah!

    My 12 yr old pillioned out and had a blast too...

    Nice pics A neighbour was racing his Commando up there. He reckons that the classic racers are the friendliest bunch of people you could ever wish to meet.

    Cool - thanks very much. Can't remember his number but his name is Paul Swanwick and his Commando is black and unfaired.
