    Awesome mate! those carbs are going to be very bling indeed! I have to check out those pipes you got too hehe
    It would have been good to get it out for a good ride on the weekend eh?

    I think you forgot to mention the new bling handle bars too in the list of work you have done to it.

    Was my old man's 1100 before he got the wire wheeler Kat.

    I had a 81 GSX1100E for a coupla years in the early 80s--loved that bike.Always had a wobble over 140 kmh odd one up though. Cured that by putting someone on the back and scaring them stupid.Mine was previously raced at the Hawkesbury road races in Marlborough.....didnt hurt it none. Moved on to even older bikes--1980 XS1100. Now I can get a wobble up at any speed haha

    Ok,the next part of the project is the carbs,I need a set of GS1000ST Mikuni carbs,if anybody knows where a set are let me know

    im sure those are vm29s & you want vm32ss you'll find these out of the states on gs1000 gsx1000s, fack all over here for sale , last set of 32 i saw where $1200 , i think brice had a set 5-6 years back

    Yes,I have a standard set of GS1000 carbs,but are the the wrong size for the airbox & inlet rubbers,Yes Bryce does have a set,I was
    at his place yesterday,but they are not for sale

    I now have a set of the correct carbs,I need to clean & rebuild them,as some parts are missing,I have loaded a couple of photos,of the bike now with wire wheels & black pipes & the new set of carbs
