If we make it a weekend day... then I'm in.... If it's decided on a week day then sadly I'll be the jealous green one!!

I'm heading to the Magpie also....
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be to short too scratch...

A bit of advice needed from those attending the Magpie. I know it sounds a bit blonde but what do I NEED to take with me if I am going to the Magpie............ was hoping to tag along with a friend but he isn't sure he is going and I want to have things ready.

And how will I know who is who from this site? my friend knows a few of you but I am a complete newbie

Hi orsem basics are a small tent(unless you have a friend to share with)sleeping bag & mat, change of clothes to party in(we are talking jeans here!)very basic toiletries, you can buy food & drink on site.

I am happy to txt you so we can make contact on-site or you could join our ride at mayfeild or Mt Somers maybe?

Thank you for that. I live a stones throw from Mayfield and Mt Somers, so that would be good. I promise not to ride like a nana if I do tag along, I can punt along behind so as not to embarrass anyone with my little steed

Im an ex Ashvagas girl.....If you have a look at the Magpie thread over in meetings & events, maybe I could txt you when we are at Darfeild then you could meet us at Mayfeild.

Have you got a pac-rack/panniers so you can load gear on your bike?

There will be other 250s on the ride, might be a twin for your bike if you come!

Friend of mine is moving to Christchurch soon and is looking for some other gals to ride with there. However she doesn't have a computer (lives in the dark ages!) so is there anyone who mainly organizes women rides in Christchurch that she can txt so that they can txt her whenever there's a ride planned?

    cheers
