    Carpimoto. Many thanks

Every now and then you find a retailer who goes well beyond normal service..This is one such tale.

I was looking for a set of new mirrors for my Monster and settled on a nice pair of Rizzomas and brackets. There are no NZ or Australia importers that I know of, so I contacted Carpimoto in Italy who I have dealt with in the past.

In transit between Italy and NZ with DHL, the bag was opened and repacked by DHL probably for customs, and one mirror went missing...DHL are taking their time dealing with this, and I did not want to wait any longer, so I contacted Carpimoto again and placed an order for a replacement.

Carpimoto's response was to supply another mirror free of charge. To get this kind of service from a shop 1/2 way around the world who probably does not get much service from down under was a real surprise. So if anyone is looking to purchase parts from Europe, Carpimoto get my endorsment.

Always refreshing to deal with a company that treats customers as not only human beings but a valued one at that.

I have just got some rearsets from Carpimoto, and have found dealing with them absolutely awesome!! I ordered and paid for my rearsets then the next day realised I forgot the banjo bolt pressure switch. Sent Carpimoto an email asking how I could purchase one and add it to my previous order so it was all shipped together, Got an email back saying "Don't worry, I will chuck it in for free". This simple thing that probably saved them some hassle made my week and promted me to rave about their service. It seems there ARE good internet stores out there.
So if anyone is looking for bike bits, have a gander at www.carpimoto.com
