I'll try snap a few pics, but I broke my phone camera thingy whilst pickled in Tauranga
The little cammed up 1.6 needs much tuning, so lots of errr... careful tuning on the roads and in the paddock has been happening.

I think I rather enjoy these Escort things much more amusing than modern cars, and when they're filled with ex rally car parts they stroll along nicely.

In non British news, I'm pulling the cat out my Volvo this week, an attempt to get a little more 5 cyl noise

Cat,s used to be worth good coin as scrap at one stage, I did cut a hole in a couple and pulled the guts out, but got advised against this.

I love MK1 escorts Not so hot on the MK2 though something about a MK1 with flared guards and big feet.

You know how on the side covers of retractable seatbelts it says " do not remove side cover", they mean it. Have been on my hands and knees under my work bench looking for little springs and plastic pawls..

My first car was a morris minor 1000, wish it was more like this.

The boy's got a couple of MK1 coupes in his cave, one 1600 pinto powered and t'other a 2000 Sierra. They don’t weigh a lot, 600kg I think, so a good base for up to 300hp. Neither currently roadworthy but he keeps telling me he's onto it...

Hey, kids! Captain Hero here with Getting Laid Tip 213 - The Backrub Buddy!

Find a chick who’s just been dumped and comfort her by massaging her shoulders, and soon, she’ll be massaging your prostate.

I've started those ignitions with locker keys before. Also, the wiring loom under the steering column gives you all the connection access you need to by pass the key.

I pulled a muscle in my back once forcing the steering lock
(no I didn't used to steal cars)
