Sadly, my Aussie Ford won't qualify - and doesn't leak any oil.

    You entering your car?

Not entering anything, just taking the sprogs for a drive in the old Austin. I know a few Healey and TVR owners who are going so hoping to get a drive in one of those. And hopefully the orange Mk1 Mexico and Mk2 Cortina are going so I can see if either are for sale.

I had no idea a Morris 1100 was such a great, almost magic, all-terrain vehicle

Rumour at the time had it that more than one 1100 was written off making that ad.

The ones I drove died during normal everyday use.

I wrote mine off. They don't tell you that the hydrolastic suspension doesn't work very well when the car is upside down.

I once found a good use for an 1100. I conned some poor sod into tripping the Hydrostatic refill valve. He was coated in the (possibly toxic) fluid instantly - such fun.
